II. APPLICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
These conditions apply to the sale of products by M.P.I EASY GRIP on its shop accessible by Internet and by telephone. They are automatically made available to the buyer on the home page of the EASY GRIP website. It suffices for the buyer to click on "General Conditions of Sale" (hereinafter referred to as C.G.V.) to find out the conditions of his order, even before he has started the ordering process. Consequently, the fact of placing an order implies the buyer's full and unreserved acceptance of these C.G.V., to the exclusion of all other documents such as prospectuses, catalogs issued by the seller and which have only a indicative. The fact that the seller does not take advantage at a given time of any of the provisions hereof cannot be interpreted as a waiver of the right to take advantage of any of the said conditions at a later date. Orders are confirmed by sending an order confirmation email but are only final upon receipt of full payment.
III. METHOD OF PLACING AN ORDER

V. SHIPPING COSTS

VI. DELIVERY METHOD AND TIMES
Delivery is made by the carrier to the address indicated by the customer at the time of his order (or by a notice of availability in the absence of the customer), or to the relay point that you have indicated. during the order.

Upon receipt of your payment, we will send you the products accompanied by your final invoice showing the amount of VAT at the rate in force (currently 20%) and the participation in transport costs if this is the case.
VIII. TRANSPORT AND RESPONSIBILITY
The goods travel at your expense, risk and peril. Coverage of return costs EASY GRIP will only cover the return costs (at the base rate in force) if one of the following two conditions is met: The delivery proves to be non-compliant with the order, or you have made reservations with the carrier (see article 9: transport and liability) Please, in this case, contact our customer service whose contact details appear in article 14, for the choice of carrier.
X. RETENTION OF OWNERSHIP
Until effective and full payment of the price, EASY GRIP remains the owner of the goods sold. The complete payment will be worth transfer of property, however the buyer becomes responsible for the articles as of the delivery, the transfer of possession being worth transfer of risks.
XI. CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT
